నా పేరు జేష్ఠది. రత్నరాజు నేను కడప జిల్లా మైదుకూరు నందు03-05-1974 లో జన్మించిన ను. మా తల్లి తండ్రి వ్యవసాయ కూలీలు వీరి పేరు చెన్నయ్య మిరియమ్మ వీరి యొక్క రెండవ సంతానము నేను, మా తల్లి మరియు తండ్రి వ్యవసాయ కూలీలుగా పనిచేసేవారు నా బాల్యమంతా మైదుకూరు నందు జరిగింది నేను డిగ్రీ వరకు చదివినాను మా తల్లి మరియు తండ్రి నన్ను చాలా ప్రేమతో పెంచడం జరిగింది. నేను కూడా వారికి సహాయకుడిగా ఉండే వాడిని, నేను కూడా పనికి వెళ్లడం ద్వారా వచ్చిన డబ్బుతో నాకు అవసరం అయినా బుక్స్ బట్టలు తెర్చుకొనే వాడిని అంతే కాదు నాతోటి ఉన్న నాకంటే పేదవాడికి సహాయం చేసే వాడిని, అలా చేస్తూ అందులో ఆనందం పొందే వాడిని,నేను ఇంటర్ చదివే రోజుల నుండి సోషల్ వర్క్ అంటే నాకు చాలా ఇష్టం.. అనేక సోషల్ ఆక్టివిటీస్ నందు పలుపొండేవాడిని, ఇది నాకు చాలా సంతోషం ఇచ్చేది.

1997 జులై 24 న నాకు వివాహం జరిగింది, నా భార్య పేరు mercy ఈమె చాలా ప్రేమ గలది. అంతే కాదు నా భార్య గవర్నమెంట్ సెక్టార్ నందు టీచర్ గా పని చేస్తుంది వివాహం తర్వాత మేము కర్నూలు జిల్లా ఆళ్లగడ్డ -518543 నందు స్థిరపడను.1997 జనవరి నందు ఉద్యోగం వచ్చింది. ఆ రోజు నుండి ఇంత వరకు నిరుపేద మరియు చదువు లేని గ్రామాలలో పని చేస్తుంది. 1st to 5th class వరకు స్కూల్ నందు తరగతులు ఉంటాయి. పేద మరియు చిన్న పిల్లలకు మంచి భవిష్యత్ అందిచ్చేటందుకు ప్రమోషన్ కూడా వదులుకుంది. తను పని చేసిన స్కూల్స్ అన్ని కూడా spl schools. (Sc, st అంటరాని వారు ) మాకు ఇద్దరు సంతానం ఒకరు 1999 మే 14 విక్యత్ జన్మించాడు. 2001 మార్చి 21 శ్రీ వికాస్ నందు జన్మిచ్చినారు.

2001 ఆగస్టు నెలలో నేను లోకేశ్వర రూరల్ సొసైటీ నందు వాలెంటరీ గా నా జీవితం మొదలు పెట్టినాను, 2004 నందు బర్త్డే సొసైటీ నందు ఈ దినం వరకు పని చేస్తున్నాను. కొన్ని రోజులు ఫైనాన్స్ sector నందు బ్రాంచి manger గా పని చేసినాను. 2009 నుండి ఇంటర్నేషనల్ compassion నందు project co- ordinator గా పని చేస్తూ నా జీవితంలో మళ్ళీ రానంటి ఆనందం పొందిన్నాను. మా project పేరు IN484 Josiah cdc, ఇందులో 5 cdf (child development facisilator ) పని చేసే వారు. ఇందులో 217 మంది చిన్న పిల్లలు ఉండే వారు వీరి వయసు 3 నుండి 8 ఇయర్స్ వారిని చేరిపిచుకోవడం జరిగింది వీరంతా రోడ్ మీద ఆడుకునే వారు, కొంతమంది వీదుల వెంట తిరిగి వారు అన్నం ఆడుకుని కడుపు నింపుకొనే వారు మరి కొంతమంది రోడ్డు మీద చిత్తూకాగితాలు మరియు ప్లాస్టిక్ పేపర్స్ ఎరుకొనే వారు, ఇలాంటి వారిని సేకరించి వారికి ప్రతి రోజు భోజనం పెట్టి మంచి స్కూల్స్ నందు చేరిపించాము. వారు ఈ రోజు కొంతమంది మంచిగా చదివి వారి జీవితం కుటుంబ పరిస్థితులు మార్చున్నారు. వారి యొక్క స్థితి గతులు మారడానికి మేము అందించిన విద్యా. విద్యా ద్వారా పామరులను కూడ మార్చాగలము. నాకు ఈ లాంటి అవకాశం ఇచ్చిన birds సొసైటీ కి మరియు ఇంటర్నేషనల్ compassion కు నేను వందనాలు చెల్లిస్తున్నాను,. నేను మహానంది జోన్, అల్లగడ్డ రోటరీ క్లబ్ 3160 నందు 2020 నుండి ఉన్నాను 2023-2024 ఇయర్ లో సెక్రటరీ గా కొనసాగిన ఇపుడు సభ్యునిగా కొనసాగుతున్నాను.

మీకు ఒక విషయం చెప్పనా నా వద్ద ఆర్థిక స్థోమత లేదు, కానీ సొసైటీ కోసం పనిచేయటానికి ప్రేమ ఓర్పు సహనం నాకు ఉన్నాయి. ఆర్థికముగా సమాజం కోసం పనిచేయాలి అనే వారితో పనిచేయటం నాకు మరి ఎక్కువగా సంతోషం. అంతేకాదు నాకు ఇంకొక్క కోరిక ఉంది అది ఏమిటి అంటే సమాజంలో క్యాన్సర్ తో బాధపడుతున్న పేద కుటుంబాలు చాలా ఉన్నాయి, వారియొక్క కనీస అవసరాలు తెర్చుకోలేక చాలా బాధ పడుతున్నారు, వారికోసం ఒక ఆయుర్వేద వైద్యం చెయ్యాలి అని వుంది, ఆయుర్వేదం వలన ఎటువంటి సైడ్ ఎఫెక్ట్స్ ఉండవు. ఆర్థిక స్తోమత లేని వారికి ఆయుర్వేద వైద్య శాల ద్వారా వైద్యం అందించాలి అనే ఆశ నాకు ఉంది దీనికి కూడా నా వద్ద ఆర్థిక పరమైన వనరులు నా వద్ద లేవు. మా పూర్వీకులు ఆయుర్వేద ఇంటి వైద్యం చేసేవారు వారి నుండి నేను కూడా కొద్ది వరకు వైద్యం నేర్చుకున్నాను ఇది నా పార్ట్ టైం పనిగా చేస్తూ ఉన్నాను.... సమాజం కోసం పని చేయాలి అనే మీ కోరికకు నా చేతులు జత కలిపి మీ కలలు నిజరూపం దాల్చడానికి నాకు ఉన్న ప్రేమను సహనాన్ని ఓర్పును కలిపి మీ కలలు నిజరూపం దాల్చటానికి నేను పని చేయగలను.

My name is Jestadi Ratna Raju. I was born on May 3, 1974, in Mydukur, Kadapa district. My parents, Chennaiah and Miriyamma, were hardworking agricultural laborers, and I am their second child. My entire childhood was spent in Mydukur. I completed my education up to degree level. My parents raised me with immense love and care. I always supported them and worked alongside my studies; with the modest earnings from my labor, I bought the books and clothes I needed. Not only that, I always helped companions and peers who were poorer than me, and found immense joy in doing so. Since my Intermediate college days, I held a deep passion for social work. I actively participated in numerous social service activities, which brought genuine purpose and happiness to my life.

On July 24, 1997, I got married. My wife's name is Mercy, and she is a person of great compassion and kindness. She works as a teacher in the government education sector. After our marriage, we settled in Allagadda (PIN: 518543), Kurnool/Nandyal district. She secured her government teaching appointment in January 1997. From that day until now, she has dedicated herself to serving in impoverished and illiterate rural villages, teaching classes 1st through 5th. She even sacrificed career promotions to ensure that underprivileged children receive a brighter future. All the schools where she served were special schools catering to marginalized communities (SC, ST). We are blessed with two children: our elder son Vikyath was born on May 14, 1999, and our younger son Sri Vikas was born on March 21, 2001.

In August 2001, I began my public service journey as a volunteer with Lokeshwara Rural Society. Since 2004, I have been working with BIRDS Society up to this day. For a brief period, I worked as a Branch Manager in the financial sector. Starting in 2009, I served as a Project Coordinator in International Compassion, an experience that brought unmatched fulfillment to my life. Our project was IN484 Josiah CDC, supported by 5 Child Development Facilitators (CDFs). We took guardianship of 217 young children aged 3 to 8 years. Many of these children were previously wandering on the streets, begging for food to fill their stomachs, or collecting scrap paper and discarded plastics from roadsides. We gathered them, provided daily nutritious meals, and enrolled them in good schools. Today, many of them have graduated with quality education and transformed their family circumstances. It is education that changed their destiny, and through education we can uplift even the most neglected. I express my sincere gratitude to BIRDS Society and International Compassion for giving me this noble opportunity. Furthermore, I have been associated with Rotary Club 3160 of Allagadda, Mahanandi Zone since 2020, where I served as Secretary during 2023-2024 and continue to serve as an active member.

The profound joy of serving the underprivileged in our society, walking beside them, understanding their silent needs, and uplifting them cannot be found anywhere else in this world.

To bring meaningful transformation in our society, if we provide quality education, healthcare, agricultural support, clean drinking water, basic necessities, and skill development through handicrafts, we can empower our youth and secure a bright future.

Let me share a heartfelt truth with you: I may not possess immense financial wealth, but I have boundless love, patience, and perseverance to serve society. It brings me immense joy to work with generous people who wish to help society financially. Furthermore, I have one cherished desire: there are numerous poor families in our society suffering from cancer, unable to meet even their daily basic needs or medical costs. I wish to provide them with supportive Ayurvedic healthcare, as Ayurveda has no adverse side effects. I dream of establishing an Ayurvedic healthcare center to serve those who cannot afford treatment, though I do not have the financial resources to build this alone. My ancestors practiced traditional home Ayurveda, and I learned traditional remedies from them, which I practice part-time. I am ready to join hands with you—uniting your noble desire to serve society with my dedication, patience, and love to turn your vision into reality.

For a brighter tomorrow and a new society, I am prepared to offer every kind of dedicated service.
